Good Work & Good Mentoring

The Good Work Project, a collaboration between the QLRC, Harvard University, and Stanford University, comprised a series of studies focused on what it means to do “good work,” or work that is ethical, excellent, and engaging. The QLRC’s research on mentoring builds upon the Good Work Project and highlights how mentoring relationships can promote a commitment to good work across multiple generations.
